Seagulls Baseball Camps Continue a Tradition of Development in San Bruno
For more than five years, Seagulls Baseball Camps have served as an extension of the organization’s long-standing commitment to player development, mentorship, and community impact.
What began as a mission to provide competitive baseball opportunities and meaningful instruction has grown into a year-round culture centered on helping athletes improve both on and off the field. Today, that same mission continues each summer through Seagulls Baseball Camps in San Bruno, California, where young players have the opportunity to learn the game in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment.
Built on the same values that have shaped the Seagulls organization for years, the camps are designed to give players of all skill levels access to quality instruction, strong role models, and a positive baseball experience rooted in growth and confidence.
More Than a Summer Camp
Seagulls Baseball Camps are more than just a place for athletes to stay active during the summer. They are a direct reflection of the organization’s player-first philosophy and its belief in building better athletes through consistent instruction, energy, and leadership.
Each camp is staffed by Seagulls coaches and current college Seagulls players, creating a unique environment where campers can learn from instructors who are actively involved in the game and invested in the development of the next generation.
That connection is one of the defining parts of the Seagulls camp experience. Campers are not only learning baseball fundamentals—they are also being mentored by players and coaches who understand the work, discipline, and mindset required to continue growing in the sport.
From the first warm-up to the final drill of the day, the goal is to create an experience that is both instructional and inspiring.
A Development-Focused Camp Experience
At the core of every Seagulls camp is a focus on player development.
Campers receive hands-on instruction in the fundamentals of the game while also building confidence, athletic habits, and baseball awareness. Whether a player is new to the game or already looking to sharpen specific skills, each camp is structured to provide age-appropriate teaching in a competitive but encouraging setting.
The emphasis is not only on repetition and mechanics, but also on helping players understand the game, compete with energy, and enjoy the process of improving.
That philosophy has helped make Seagulls Baseball Camps a trusted part of the local baseball community over the last several years.
Camp Options for Every Type of Player
This summer’s Seagulls camp lineup gives players multiple opportunities to develop their skills in focused and meaningful ways.
General Baseball Camps
The General Baseball Camps are designed to provide a complete and well-rounded baseball experience. Players will work on key fundamentals including hitting, fielding, throwing, baserunning, defensive positioning, and overall baseball IQ.
These camps are ideal for athletes looking to continue building a strong foundation while developing confidence and comfort in all areas of the game.
Hitting Camp
The Hitting Camp is designed for players who want to take a deeper look at their offensive game. Campers will focus on swing mechanics, balance, timing, approach, bat path, and situational hitting through drills and instruction tailored to improving consistency and confidence at the plate.
Catching Camp
The Catching Camp provides specialized instruction for one of the most demanding positions on the field. Catchers will work on receiving, blocking, footwork, throwing mechanics, and the overall responsibilities that come with leading from behind the plate.
By offering multiple camp formats, the Seagulls continue to create development opportunities for players at different stages of their baseball journey.
